Formula One - Regulate

Almighty Cleanse ™ Formula One helps to regulate your digestion and expel waste.* These concentrated, all-natural capsules work gently and won't disrupt your daily life.

Directions:

On Day One, take one capsule with your last meal of the day. Drink six to eight ounces of water with each nightly serving. Increase the dosage by one capsule every night until your bowel movements increase in size or frequency.* Maintain this dosage for the remainder of your cleanse.

Begin to take the Formula Two capusles as directed on the label the day your bowel activity increases.

Formula Two - Purify

Almighty Cleanse ™ Formula Two is a safe intestinal "scrub" that helps purify and detoxify your body.* A blend of pure botanicals and herbs makes up its rich, unique color. Contains no bleaches, dyes or preservatives.

Directions:

Start your cleanse by taking Formula One as directed on the label. When your bowel movements increase in size or frequency, begin taking Formula Two as follows:

IMPORTANT:

Taking this product without adequate fluids may cause it to swell and block the gastrointestinal tract. You must take this product with at least 12 ounces of fluid each time it is used.

NOTICE:

You know your body best. Depending on the regularity of your digestion, you may see results faster or require additional days of cleansing. Simply adjust the dosage of each Almighty Cleanse ™ formula according to your digestive needs.

This product contains the purgatives aloe, senna, cascara sagrada, and rhubarb. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because the ingredients in Almighty Cleanse ™ may worsen these conditions and therefore be harmful to your health. Consult your physician before taking this product if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if the safety seal under the cap is missing or broken. This product is not intended for long term use.

This product contains black walnut and is produced in a facility that may also process wheat, peanut, soy, tree nut and shellfish products.

Dietary Suggestions:

In addition to taking Formulas One and Two of the Almighty Cleanse ™, Danny has developed three dietary cleansing plans that will enhance the effectiveness of the cleanse*:

1. The Basic Plan
2. The Master Plan
3. The Almighty Plan

Regardless of the plan you choose to follow, drink 16 ounces of very warm water with fresh lemon juice each morning.

Basic Plan

With the Basic Plan, you don't have to change your eating habits. However, for best results we recommend eating more fresh fruits and vegetables at meal times. For example, eat several fresh fruits in the morning, and at lunch and/or dinner eat a large salad with all your favorites vegetables, like cucumber, tomato, broccoli, carrot, celery, or radish. Try to cut down or eliminate junk foods like candy, chips, fried foods, or soda and avoid processed foods like white bread and canned fruits/vegetables. After completing the cleanse you should try to maintain these healthier eating habits.

Master Plan

Eliminate all animal foods (including dairy products) and eat only whole plant foods like raw fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, oatmeal, and other whole grains for the seven days. Eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. You may also incorporate a variety of fresh juices.

Almighty Plan

Try to drink only fresh fruit and vegetable juices during your cleanse. It is best to prepare the juice yourself from fresh, uncooked fruits and vegetables. Drink 12 ounces of this juice midway between each serving of Formula Two. You can drink more juice if you like. You can combine several vegetables (like carrot, tomato, beet, and swiss chard) for a great energy boost. You may not even feel hungry on the Almighty Plan, since the Formula Two will fill your stomach and the juices will give you lots of energy.*

To break this cleanse, eat small amounts of fresh fruits for breakfast and a fresh salad for lunch on day eight and nine.

Almighty Maintenance

In between your seasonal cleanses, here are some recommendations for maintaining good health:

1. Continue drinking warm water and lemon first thing in the morning (before eating anything). Always drink plenty of water, at least six to eight glasses a day (8 oz each).
2. Try to get moderate sunshine, plenty of fresh air, and a good night's sleep.
3. We recommend eating organic produce and drinking purified water whenever possible.
4. Avoid eating refined sugars, saturated fats, and processed foods (sweets, fried foods, white flour and white rice, etc). Cut out junk foods and eat lots of fresh organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and legumes every day. Reduce your intake of animal products, meat in particular. A whole plant, whole food, based diet combined with a good aerobic exercise program will enhance your overall health.
5. Repeat The Almighty Cleanse ™ every three months.
